"Smiley Todd Pettigrew

was born and raised in central Missouri, he grew up playing cowboy with his dad every chance he got. At the young age of 12 he entered his first rodeo, that night he was hooked on the excitement of rodeo. Todd rode Bareback horses, then traded in his Bareback Riggin for a bullfighting career that carried him to the PRCA Great Lakes Circuit Finals Bullfighter. In 2009 he traded those bullfighting cleats in for a barrel, "Smiley" Todd Pettigrew the rodeo clown was born. He is a spontaneous, fun-loving clown that will stop at nothing to make you laugh! "I look forward to helping make this year's rodeo the best one yet"!!!

Rocket Ryan possesses these skills and more, hard-earned from over 20 years in the Rodeo and Bull riding industry as one of the top Rodeo Clowns in the country. The years in the dirt have helped Rocket succeed in his career as a Music Director and his love of music and production have taken him to a new level.


Working in nearly every state and three different
countries in his long career in rodeo, Rocket strives to help every event he works to be the absolute best it can be. Professionalism is number one with Rocket, both in and out of the arena but that doesn’t mean you won’t have a whole lot of fun with him behind the laptops!

Originally from Montana, Rocket now lives in Neosho, Missouri with his wife, a former Miss
Rodeo Texas, and his young son Bridger.
